This plan is ideal for smaller businesses whose daily operations are critical to continuance and who need help developing a Business Continuity plan but do not require the “Always Ready” level of access.

* Space is provided as available. In the event BC Suite space is unavailable at the time of your event, you will be offered other comparable space in our facility.

$250/Year

This service level would be for a business that needs a Businesses Continuity Plan but only needs a catastrophic level of protection.

* You may be bumped by higher priority clients during your occupation. Comparable space in our facility may be available. In the event that you did suffer a catastrophic event and needed longer term accommodations, ongoing fees would be re-negotiated.

What is a Business Continuity & Recovery Suite and how does it work?

A Business Continuity & Recovery Suite (BCR Suite) is your business recovery center in the event your business suffers a major disruption and is rendered partially or completely inoperative as a result. It’s a place of refuge for a core group of your employees to occupy and continue daily business operations during the disruption. A Major disruption can be caused by many factors beyond your control: Acts of God, a neighboring business’s disaster, an errant motorist, a nearby hazardous materials spill or an event within your office environment. Do you have a plan for the following three scenarios?

  1. What is my plan in the event that none of my employees can access the office for 1 day or several days consecutively?
  2. How will I reach my customers and how will my customers reach me in the event phone service and/or access to my office is restricted or reduced for a prolonged period of time?
