In 2009, we made a pledge to improve how we communicate with you, our valued clients. While we made significant improvements in this area, we continually strive for excellence- technical excellence, excellence in customer service and excellence in all other areas of our business. We realize our newsletter left a little to be desired so for this year, we are pleased to introduce a re-designed newsletter.
We hope you find this new format easier on the eyes as well as a resource that will allow you to get the information you want without having to sift through the stuff you don't care about.

- Customer Spotlight-
Our favorite part of the newsletter. This section features a SolutionPro customer and tells their story; A little about their business and what value they provide and how the SolutionPro products and services they use are relevent to their business IT challenges. We provide a link to their website as well. Would you like your business to be featured? Sent us a message and we'll get in contact with you. There is a catch however, You must be a SolutionPro customer with an account in good standing!!
-Facility Update-
In an effort to always provide timely information on recent network, System, or facilities improvements this section provides the latest information about what Solutionpro Facilities Managers, Sys-Admins, and Net-Admins are doing to ensure the SolutionPro Data Center, Network and all its associated components keep up with changing technology and best-practices.
-Services/Products Spotlight-
This section is somewhat of a wild card. Each month we pick a topic related to our field and try to foster healthy discussion about that topic. This could be a current SolutionPro product, It could be a service-related upgrade like it was this month, or it might be something we are evaluating as a potential product line or service. Or, it could just be a discussion about best practices in delivering a certain IT service such as VoIp, or Microsoft Hosted Exchange Server. If you would like to see a topic discussed- please let us know.
